These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Myrang website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We offer various graphic design services, including but not limited to:

• Logo Design
• Branding & Identity
• Web Design
• Business Card & Print Design
• Packaging Design
• Social Media Design

Our services are tailored to each client’s needs, and final deliverables are based on the scope of work agreed upon before the project begins.

3. Project Process

• Quotations and Proposals: All project quotes and proposals provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Revisions: We offer [mention the number of revisions, e.g., three rounds] of revisions per project unless specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Approval and Final Delivery: Once the final design is approved by the client, any further changes may result in additional fees. Final files will be delivered in the formats specified in the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to complete the project.
• Timely Communication: The client must communicate promptly to avoid delays in the project timeline. Failure to do so may result in the project being delayed or canceled.

5. Payment Terms

• Deposits: A 10% deposit is required before starting any project.
• Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion before the final deliverables are handed over. Payments can be made via UPI .
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in delays or suspension of project work. We reserve the right to charge a late fee if the payment is overdue by 15 Days.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of design work, we do not offer refunds once the project has commenced. However, if the project is canceled before any work has begun, the client may be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation: If the client wishes to cancel the project after work has started, they will be liable for payment of work completed up to the date of cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Designs: Once full payment has been received, the client will own the final design. However, we reserve the right to use the work for promotional purposes, including portfolio display, website, and social media.
• Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials used in the design (such as stock images, fonts, etc.) may be subject to additional licensing fees and restrictions. It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to these terms.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. All materials shared with us will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Myrang will not be liable for any damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits, or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the designs or services provided.

10. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold [Your Graphic Design Company Name], its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the designs or services provided.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project or client relationship at any time if the terms outlined in this document are violated or for any other reasonable reason.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, New Delhi. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, New Delhi.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Myrang reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
